STUDENTS MUST BE AGED 14 AND OLDER FOR THIS CLASS. In this class, students will learn to chain, including the beginning slip knot, and complete a single crochet while making their first cowl. This will be the foundation for learning additional stitches, and will begin to train muscle memory for holding tension in their yarn.
Students will need one skein of worsted-weight yarn to complete their cowl. The recommended yarn for this beginner class is Berroco Vintage, with a crochet hook size of F, G, or H.
PRE-REQUISITES: None
SUPPLIES:
+ 100 gram skein of worsted-weight yarn
+ Crochet Hook size US F, G, or H.
+ Scissors
+ Tapestry needle
PATTERN: Will be provided in class.
Crochet I class is from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Come prepared with your supplies and yarn wound so class can begin on time.
