Our staff is very talented and can be a huge help when you need some one-on-one assistance. Our customers usually choose private lessons over normal classes for many reasons.
ONE ON ONE INSTRUCTION:
For those students who have a hard time learning in a group environment, private lessons afford the ability for these students to focus much more easily and therefore move quicker through the learning process and retain more of the information.
HELP WITH A SPECIFIC PROJECT:
Often students are at a point in their project where they need help with a very specific technique or need help understanding the written pattern. A private lesson with an instructor one-on-one is the perfect solution for these hurdles.
CLASSES NOT OFFERED:
Although we offer many different classes throughout the year in addition to our regularly scheduled classes, it is not possible to offer a class for a specific technique on a day and at a time that is perfect for everyone who would like to take it. For less popular classes, we may not have the ability to schedule a class for that skill or technique within each year. However, scheduling a private lesson for any craft our store supports (and more!) is a great way to learn a less-popular skill or technique.
FLEXIBILITY:
Private lessons are scheduled directly between the instructor and the student, so the flexibility a student has with private lessons ensures they are able to learn what they need when they need.
PRIVATE LESSON DISCOUNT CARDS:
It is very common for our private lesson students to take multiple lessons once they have completed their first one. Because of this request for multiple classes, we have created Discount Cards for our private lessons. The cards are available for either 1/2 Hour Private Lessons or 1-Hour Private Lessons. They make really amazing gifts!
