Learn To Sew

STUDENTS MUST BE AGED 14 AND OLDER FOR THIS CLASS. This class will expand on what you learned in the Learn Your Machine Class. You will wind your bobbin, thread your machine, learn to read a sewing pattern, use a rotary cutter, learn about seam allowances and sew together a pillow case.

We recommend students bring their own machines, if they have one, so that they can learn on their machine. If needed, students can rent one of our machines for $10.00 while they are at the shop.

Learn Your Machine class is from 12:30pm - 2:00pm. Come prepared with your supplies so class can begin on time.

PRE-REQUISITES: None
SUPPLIES:
+Sewing machine
+Fabric to make a pillow case (instructor will provide with amount needed)
+Sewing thread
+Scissors
PATTERN: Will be provided in class.

Fine Print (because everybody has some): All our classes and events have a 7 day cancellation policy. You must cancel your registration for a class PRIOR to 7 days (1 week) before the class in order to receive a refund OR store credit (including the ability to take another class at a later date in place of the class you miss). We apologize, but no refunds, class credit, or store credit will be issued if cancellation is not made prior to this time frame.
