Felter's Flowing Wool Box

This is beautiful wool roving made from 100% US wool, milled in Pennsylvania. It is excellent for needle felting and we use it in many of our kits.

We recommend this roving for making water, sky, grasses, tree trunks, hair, fur, tails, making lines, covering small sculptures, and more!
